An integrated mustard and rapeseed processing technology developed by CSIR–CFTRI enables production of high-quality, pungent edible mustard oil and bright yellow, low-fibre mustard cake suitable for food and poultry feed. The process improves Ghani efficiency, reduces power use by 40%, and enhances oil colour, flavour, and nutritional value.
