overview
TERAFIL is a low-cost, sustainable water filter media developed by CSIR-IMMT that efficiently removes excess iron (95%) and turbidity (99%) from drinking water. Made from locally available materials, it provides safe drinking water at the domestic and community levels. Technical guidance for manufacturing and operation is provided.
