As part of various activities of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) established at the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, a workshop on ‘Gender Sensitization and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act 2013’ was organised today, 14 Aug 2026. Speaking on the occasion, Dr (Mrs.) Parvinder Maini, Scientific Secretary, Office of PSA, emphasized the importance of cultivating a safe, inclusive, and respectful work culture while driving accountability of conduct. Ms Tunika Sharma, Legal Counsellor, National Commission for Women - India, undertook a session on Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
