๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ: ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ The third edition of Technology Dialogue is announced by Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) to the Government of India, along with leaders, including Dr (Mrs.) Parvinder Maini, Scientific Secretary; Prof. Govindan Rangarajan, Director, Indian Institute of Science (IISc); Prof. (Vijay) K VijayRaghavan, National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) and former Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India; Dr Rajesh Gokhale, Secretary, Department of Biotechnology; Dr Shivkumar Kalyanaraman, Chief Executive Officer, Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF); Dr Samir Saran, President, Observer Research Foundation; and Prof. Tanusri Saha Dasgupta, S.N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, on 8 August 2026. The Technology Dialogue 2026 will be co-organised by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, the Observer Research Foundation, and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The dialogue is scheduled to be held between 3rd and 5th December 2026 at IISc, Bengaluru. The Technology Dialogue is a flagship Track 1.5 initiative that brings together government and non-government stakeholders to discuss partnerships, governance challenges, and opportunities for international cooperation in frontier technologies.ย Building on the foundations of the 2023 and 2025 editions, this year's Dialogue will examine how the convergence of frontier technologies is reshaping economies, transforming industries, and influencing policy responses to emerging opportunities and challenges. The Dialogue will be an invite-only platform that brings together key government agencies from India and strategic partner countries, along with industry stakeholders, to shape the convergence of frontier technologies.
