The Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India has been strengthening collaboration across academic and research institutions, startups, industries, and government, to drive innovation and transform ideas into impactful solutions through initiatives such as Manthan and S&T clusters. Manthan O/o PSA promotes collaboration, empowers various stakeholders, and facilitates R&D to meet the national targets. To date, it has facilitated 1028 innovation opportunities, enabled 462 collaboration, and supported 28 Centres of excellence. Complementing these efforts, 8 regional Science and Technology (S&T) Clusters bring together various stakeholders to solve regional challenges with demand-driven, technology-led solutions. 84 technologies and solutions have been deployed across sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, clean energy, and biotechnology. Some of the notable impacts include EV charging infrastructure, One Delhi Mobility app, and Kalanubhaav. Together, these initiatives strengthen collaboration, drive innovation, and create sustainable and scalable outcomes that align with the vision of Aatmnirbhar Bharat.
