๐ƒ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐œ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ขs๐ข๐ง๐  ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐œ๐ก ๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ซ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐€๐œ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ข๐š The Indian Science Technology and Engineering facilities Map (I-STEM) Official, an initiative of the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, was launched by Honโ€™ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 3 January 2020 to make scientific research infrastructure more accessible and collaborative. Today, ISTEM serves as Indiaโ€™s national equipment repository, hosting over 30,000 scientific instruments and facilities and enabling researchers, innovators, startups, and institutions across the country to identify and access advanced research infrastructure. With more than 1 lakh equipment bookings facilitated to date, ISTEM is helping maximise the utilisation of high-value scientific resources while fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and government research laboratories. By improving access to shared infrastructure, the platform is strengthening Indiaโ€™s research ecosystem and enabling researchers to focus on discovery, innovation, and impact.
