Mr. Carson Dalton, Executive Vice President, Communications and Government Affairs, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Limited (GSK) called on the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood and Scientific Secretary Dr (Mrs.) Parvinder Maini to discuss ongoing health initiatives and future vision to better align with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. The discussions delved into key health priorities such as antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and oncology, adopting an innovation-led approach that is aligned with national health missions. The meeting was joined by Mr. Bhushan Akshikar, Managing Director; Ms. Sukanya Choudhury, Executive Vice President, Regulatory Affairs; and Dr Chitra Gupta, Head Government Affairs from GSK India. Dr Hafsa Ahmad, Scientist-D and Dr Divya Vashisht, PhD, OSD also joined from the Office of PSA.
